  Zero professionalism at this office, No one returns calls, When you get an agent they only offer excuses on how busy they are, They are 100% order takers and do not service their current clients. They only wish to service new clients as that's how they get paid!!!!. I would not even give them 1 star! That's how awful this office is! And I am a 25 yr customer of BCBSofFl..
