  Mr Mcpherson I also purchased in Kalea Bay, I was well aware of the 1% closing costs. They were listed in the contract and multiple times throughout the condo docs. You obviously did not read them. The elevators are easy if you follow the instructions for reserving them at move in. I don't appreciate you using Google as your personal vendetta against a women that works there and trashing the development for personal issues. You obviously plan on renting your unit, I would tell RENTERS beware, you don't want to rent from someone that has sued his own family and been involved with charges of domestic violence. All of them are on google for people to research.
