  Prime Home Builders are untrustworthy and you should run away. All I have ever wanted to do was live in a house that did not leak water. I only wanted to live in a clean house. They tell me they don't care that it was a problem and told me to check the roof. The roof they provided. They claim to warranty. The building they sold me. Don't Trust them they lie and sell you a total bait and switch. I can't even paint my wall it peals off when it rains. I paid good money and got junk.
  
  Don't buy from these guys. Run away from Prime Home Builders. Just run away quickly. Lawsuits pending.
