  This rating is strictly based on horrendous customer service. Let me start first by saying my first experience here, several weeks ago, was great. Today I decided to stop in for a quick order to go (a few of their apple pastries) and somehow found myself in the crosshairs of a server clearly overwhelmed, and having a bad day. Standing patiently near the counter, I was told I would be assisted in a few moments. Not a problem, I was not in a hurry, and I could see the servers were rushing to help other tables. Shortly after making contact with the first, pleasant server, I was then rudely addressed by the older server (blonde): “To-Go?! we are just TOO busy for to go orders!” I was super shocked with the tone and aggressive nature of her speech. I kindly replied “I planned only to take away one pastry..?”She then replies by rolling her eyes..I tell her “to have a great day” and begin to walk to the door..I could hear the younger server attempt to intervene as I was telling her thank you but by then the energy was so awful I was over it. It’s such a shame because the cafe has wonderful offerings.
