  1/19/18 Was denied an extra bag at drive through. Returned a box of munchkins. Manager asked repeatedly if I had opened the box. No, I said, repeatedly. He asked if I had specified the types of munchkins. No, I said. I was basically put on trial. The lady at drive through and the manager need another line of work. Subtle rudeness that they unfortunately feel is in the best interest of their employer. No concept of customer service. The other lady at the register, however, was great.
