  No other dermatology office could see me, so I walked into Riverchase's central Naples location hoping someone could help me. I was in extreme discomfort from a rash on my chest and back. Diego and Jena greeted me with a smile and assured me they would help me be seen at one of the Riverchase's locations. They were so kind and professional. It happens that Jena was the office manager and was able to have me seen by Dr. Tucker. He too was kind, professional, and was able to help my pain. Turns out I'm allergic to a new fabric softener that I started using which caused me to break out in a painful rash. I will never forget the kindness and urgency the staff had with handling my care. I highly recommend this office and will be back for any of my future dermatology needs. Thank you Jena, Diego, and Dr. Tucker!!! - Marsha
